Who we are

FLAVRING (Founder: James Matthews) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact: sales@flavring.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business, email address, telephone number and comments. We don't collect anything else through the form.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to discuss doing business with you.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, and on your consent when you choose to submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

How it's stored and shared

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and forwarded by email to sales@flavring.com, which is hosted by our email provider, IONOS. Netlify may store data in the United States; where data leaves the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a business relationship that requires us to keep records longer.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our Hydration Research page embeds a YouTube video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may still set cookies or similar storage if you play the video; see Google's Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. Email sales@flavring.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). US visitors may also have rights under their state's privacy laws, and we're happy to honor the same requests.
